XP's Private EQ Server

Unzipped the EQ Emu client in your preferred directory.

Create a short cut form eqgame.exe and name that short cut "Everquest Emu".

Right click on the Everquest Emu short cut and select Propertied.
Modify the Target field by adding patchme at the end.    \eqgame.exe" patchme

Your account is created from your first logon / password entry so make sure you remember what you've entered
